「The front desk at check-out is not very welcoming！bad soundproofing affects rest.」

「The hotel was incredibly clean and it was clear that the rooms had recently been updated. I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds that had 2 walls that were all windows which provided so much sunlight. The true highlight of the property was the staff. Particularly, Latoya at the front desk was incredibly helpful and gave us great advice on where to eat, shop, and be entertained. Would stay here again in Charleston, if I’m ever in the area. 」

「It was not too far from Downtown Charleston and was still a very quite area」

「The hallways left something to be desired/there was a slight smell, however I think it just may be in need of an upgrade because the room was phenomenal. It more than exceeded our expectations and was very clean and modern looking compared to the hallway like i said. The room we got had a balcony with a beautiful view of the marina which was a nice surprise. The elevator was a little slow, but that is not a big deal just an observation. If I return to Charleston I would certainly book here...

「Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. There are a lot of good restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is also located about 15 minutes from downtown Charleston. It's easy to get to downtown.」
