「The hotel staff was amazing! Minor glitch with the heating system on the wall that didn’t work. The owner came in the next day and shared that there was a remote control for a new wall unit which we were unaware of. All in all is was a great stay!」

「Convenient location to the Biltmore Estate and various restaurants. Onsite restaurant was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our suite was comfortable, but had to clean the stovetop, and some pans from the cupboard, ourselves upon arrival. Bought dish soap and left it there, because there wasn’t any (just a small plastic cup under the sink and it was all gooey from sitting so long). There is a dishwasher, with detergent pods, but we never used it since it was faster to hand wash. We would...
