Incredible room, cozy and clean. It had everything we needed and the restaurant with Biergarten was excellent. Located close enough to the train station and old town for exploring. Price was right for room and it exceeded our expectations.

We had to cancel our trip due to floods which caused all trains to be cancelled while we were travelling to Wernigerode. We contacted the hotel as soon as it was clear that we would have to turn around but they were unwilling to offer us any form of refund or re-booking, even though the reason for us having to cancel was entirely out of our hands. It’s the middle of winter (therefore the off-peak season) and a sign of good faith from the hotel to us would have been very welcome, even though the policy on their website is clear regarding their unwillingness to offer refunds at short notice.

Hotellet ligger mycket centralt, på huvudgatan bland alla korsvirkeshus! Rummet är fint och rent, stor dubbelsäng och en extrasäng till sonen, som han hävdar är oskön.

Rigtig godt hotel midt i Wernigerode

Rigtig godt hotel midt i Wernigerode. Godt værelse, god restaurant på hotellet og rigtig god morgenmad. Seværdigheder og shopping ligger tæt på og der var særskilt parkering for hotellet tæt på, mod mindre gebyr.
