The hotel sits high in the village with breathtaking views and feels like something from the past. The building is old but well maintained to be a lovely experience. We had an older style room but our friends had a modern decor room which makes me think they are updating rooms. The staff were wonderful and could not be more helpful. We were very happy with this hotel.

The staff here was super helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great- surrounded by mountains even if we didn’t technically have a mountain facing room. The building itself is beautiful. Walking around the first floor, you see lots of lovely common spaces. It feels very grand and fancy. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Wengen again.

Old world charm in a beautiful setting. From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and helpful.The morning breakfast buffet had a variety of foods and were appetizing. A real treat was the pianist at night setting the tone of a world gone by. Would love to stay here again it is also a one minute walk from the train station. Give them a call and they will take your bags from the station to the uphill climb to the hotel..

We had a very pleasant experience at the Hotel Regina in Wengen. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at check-in and in the hotel restaurant. The dining room overlooked the Lauterbrunnen valley below with spectacular views. The food was outstanding, I had the leg of lamb and it was excellent. We will return next year to enjoy the views and food!

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it as a solo female traveler got the attic room with beautiful views of the mountains and the village. There are few steps to get to the hotel which was totally fine. They will help you if you ask. Very convenient and few minutes walk from the train station.

The building is about 150 years old but has all the modern conveniences. The staff who checked us in was very informative and helpful. Our room had a good view of waterfalls and cliffs surrounding the area.

Incredible location, the view from the room balconies was just breathtaking. The staff was amazing and definitely made my stay at hotel Regina more pleasant. The restaurant was excellent, and breakfast delicious as well.

Location is great, room is big and comfortable, staff very friendly, but harder to place to charge my phones and laptop. Additionally, restaurant is very slow
