Breakfast was really incredible and the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. All of the staff was very nice. We loved the hotel and it is definitely worth the walk up the hill to be out of town and be able to see the Alps

I could not love this hotel more! I could write a mini novel about how wonderful Andreas and Jana and the whole team at Alpenruhe are. Absolutely lovely people. The town of Wengen, in my opinion, was the perfect base to explore all over the Jungfrau region. Convenient and easy to access other areas but so quiet that you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of busier towns such as Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald.
