"Was supposed to get a room with King bed ended up with a queen. The power remote for tv on and off was very difficult. Went to ask at desk got 2 batteries and at check in the person at front desk had the personality of a fence post. Breakfast ok waffle toast cereal or yogurt with oranges and apples. Desk closed in am. Hotel is good room good worked well for our dogs. The help could use some cheerfulness not friendly"

"Nice room, we were on the 3rd floor so it was warm & we needed to use the AC as heat rises. I liked the walk in shower option. Breakfast was very good and there was enough space to sit down and eat. Very convenient to restaurants and to the local falls- bridge sight seeing. Good parking and the spaces were roomy in the lot too. "

"Very clean room. Liked the option for the family suite with the bunk beds. Check in and check out were very easy. Fan in bathroom was helpful for back to back showers. Sink was in the room outside the bathroom but no issue with that. "

"I've stayed here a couple of times and have been satisfied for the most part with my stay however this time was different. Had to request a full bedding change out due to various stains on the blanket and sheets. Also the room was in desperate need of a remodel. The door frame inside the bathroom has a rusted hole where it contacts the floor. The fire suppression sprayer in the bathroom was also rusty. The elevator carpet was very dirty. Finally there was a very large police presence in the parking lot our first night there. In conclusion I think we'll spend the extra $20-$30 a night for something a little nicer. "
