This is a great hotel in a nice location near the Columbia river. Kids loved the indoor(outdoor) pool and hot tub was great after days of skiing at Mission Ridge. The breakfast buffet is also very nice. The only shortcoming was that the room wasn't very well stocked with kitchen wares and linens. Had to request additional plates, silverware, towels and TP.

It was cold. There was a hockey tournament with lots of kids not really respecting the property. But they still did their best to keep it clean and safe.

Unfortunate Event
The staff was great, however we got locked out of our room due to an electronical malfunction. Maintenance wasn't able to get us in the room for 2 hours. After a long day skiing and downtown Leavenworth, it's not a fun situation. The manager agreed to a credit but we have yet to see it in our account. We will not stay here again.

The hotel facilities are relatively complete. You can see the lake view when you open the window. The breakfast is also good.

The property is good with nice view. Breakfast was average. Rooms were smaller than some of the other Residence inn I have stayed in.

So my4 year old son and father got stuck in their elevator for about 45 minutes and while this was very upsetting to us their hotel staff and managment were on top of everything and were more than accomadating and helpful. They did not once get irritated with us voicing our concerns and upsetness. Their hotel manager was more than generous to try and make up for this situation. We understand that things happen and because of their excellent service we will have no problem going back.
