Cozy motel that is doing everything right. Super clean and in good repair. Every staff member I came across smiled and said hello.

Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! The place was a motel style with private entrance which we appreciated for an easy commute to our vehicle and other guests were quiet. It was the middle of the week. This is a great place to stay while visiting Alfred University or Alfred State. It's a beautiful old house, tastefully redone; the owner and Brenda, the person making breakfast and cleaning up are friendly and interesting individuals.

Nice place to stay while visiting Alfred U. Clean room, included breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable mattress. Would stay here again.

The front desk lady was extremely nice. She had a whole list of different places if they door dashed, delivered or take out. She was very thorough. Since we live within 50 miles there was an additional hold on my card. She explained why and what will happen. I didn't like it but she made it sound like no biggie and made me still want to stay. She was very helpful, nice and very caring. We really enjoyed our stay.

Trevor rocks!

We were in town for a family funeral so wanted a quiet room. The hotel has been redone since last year and the living room in the suite was one of the best. Comfortable furniture with nice decor. The bathroom was totally redone with a very large shower. Breakfast was never crowded and the food was always restocked when needed. It would be nice if they served later than 9AM on weekdays.

Clean room. Reasonable price. Friendly owners

We had a lovely room with a full kitchen. The staff went out of their way to please us. The breakfast was great and the variety suited myself and my husband. The bed was very comfortable. Will certainly stay again in Olean Best Western.

Wonderful stay. Thank you.

It was very peaceful and relaxing.

Probably one of the best stays in a long time. Clean room-Welcome rest after long day.

The owner was very kind and hopeful. The room was clean and comfortable. The rate was reasonable. We were very pleased with our stay here.
