We inquired with the manager, and there was no record of any complaint logged on the day of your check-in, regarding either hot water or air conditioning problems. Our front desk is open until 11 pm, providing ample opportunity for guests to report any concerns. Making false statements without communicating with the hotel to address the issues you experienced, including the air conditioning, is not the most effective approach.It's worth noting that we had 42 other guests who had hot water, functioning AC, and working TVs during their stay. It's surprising that you encountered these problems, but without informing the manager, the hotel couldn't have known you needed assistance to resolve these issues. We value your feedback and encourage guests to reach out to us promptly to ensure a comfortable stay.Cynthia, before making a review, it's essential to be honest with yourself first. In your case, it's crucial to mention that you did not give the hotel any indication of anything wrong in your room.
