I had looked at reviews before going and got a little nervous upon arrival, however for what I needed it was good. The bed was comfy, the space was like a studio apt. So if you were staying longer that would be cool. I just needed it for the night. This place has so much potential- it just needs a couple new layers of paint and some minor upgrades. I stayed on the first floor and had some noise from other guests until about 10pm then we all settled down. The owner was really nice. The location is good. Parking was super easy.

One bed was very bad. Squeaky just to sit on , definitely need a new mattress. The other one was ok. It was quiet and easy access to the turnpike. Footbridge a little deceiving as there is one in ogunquit and that's the one I thought I booked. No footbridge here. It was clean, a little outdait worked for one night ted. Pool looked very clean and nice.
