Security needs to be improved upon. The door and locks are flimsy and very easy to break and leave unlocked. The doors didn’t even have a safety latch. Disappointing. Customer service was mediocre at best. Overall not a bad place.

This was the perfect place to stay on the beach!! We had an ocean front room and the view from our balcony was spectacular even in the rain!! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room just had everything we needed! The only negative thing I can say is for the price you pay for an ocean front room, I’d think they could have better shower heads installed!! The water pressure was so slow it took forever to wash and rinse my hair and I have short hair!! Other than this, it was a great stay!!

Bathrooms could use high rise toilets and more handrails in shower area. Also, stairs going into and out of building could use two railings instead of one. We’re older now and could use these amenities.

Absolutely beautiful, the views of ocean are amazing, friendliness of staff, housekeeping has a basket and you just let them know what you need and they bring it. Close to shopping, dining...Wells Beach is perhaps the cleanest beach we've visited.

I was able to check in early. Parking available outside and underneath the hotel. Good size double room poolside on 3rd floor with a view of beach out the window. Everyone was super friendly, greeted you with smile, and helpful if you needed something or had a question.

The property was very well maintained and clean. The ocean view room was phenomenal. Check-in was easy but lacking customer service skills Check-out was extremely easy and staff were very pleasant.
