The location was great. The space was also excellent, big enough, clean and tidy and well appointed. It was noisy and light at night from the city etc. I slept fine but my husband didn't. Amazingly powerful shower and having access to the washing machine and dryer was brilliant

Excellent stay. Had bit of an issue during the check-in as we did not contact the staff in advance and our telephone was not connecting. This was however quickly handled by the kind staff. Bit of a rough neighbourhood but the apartment was quiet and peaceful.

The property is in a great location on Courtenay Place, lots of dining options around and buses at the front door. The key instructions worked perfectly. The lift was a bit old and seemed dodgy but worked. The apartment was very large and overlooked a quiet back street. Full kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, and lots of space. Would recommend.

Very convenient location. Buses nearby. Also food options. Well set up for cooking and laundry. Crockery lacking. A bit cramped bedrooms with insufficient room for luggage. Wasted balcony area with no seats or table. The internal steps to the bathroom could be a hazzard in an unfamiliar place.

Property was very dusty. Dirty vents and the high beams were coated in dust and cobwebs, didn't look like they'd been cleaned for at least a year. Husband and son spent an uncomfortable stay full of sneezing, red itchy eyes and taking a ton of zertec. We rate it a 2.5 star experience. Would not recommend.
