"stuff rood , hotel not clean "

"The rooms have been partially renovated with new floors and furniture, but not bathtubs and wall tiles. Overall, the hotel is a bit tired. Pool floor needs refinishing. "

"My biggest concern was the room opened to the outside world. There were no interior rooms available. I was most uneasy over that. The room overall was acceptable although the bathroom was extremely small. And there were water stains on the ceiling which were concerning. However, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful--especially the two ladies assisting with the breakfast buffet. They were quietly efficient and most helpful The location was perfect for our needs. "

"Room was clean and large enough . Bathroom jkind of poor. Extremely small sink/counter space, nothing was updated, the towels were tiny. Didn’t give you bar soap or anything else that wasn’t nailed down. I realized this isn’t 5 star but there are things that can be done for low cost to make the stay more comfortable. "

"The location is stunning. The amenities and staff in the pool areas are excellence. Staff were extremely accommodating with lounge, chairs and umbrellas and food service in the outdoor pool areas. I would definitely stay there again."

"Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "
