"A little aging but overall clean and great location walking distance to most things in wellington. Only thing is quite expensive parking and received 3 tickets to go in and out of parking even though we stayed 4 nights."

Looking towards Roseneath across Evans Bay, with the airport at my back. I love the landscaping that has been done along this stretch of road.
