"Fantastic hotel, amazingly friendly and attentive staff. No problem was too much for them.
We were lucky to have one of the 8th floor rooms with the skyline view over the city. Room was very modern, bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of powerpoints, in the right locations, as we have cpap machines and these need to be close to the bed or they become a night time trip hazard.
Concierge team were exceptional, especially Rolly, whose suggestions for dining or transport were spot on.
Really central location for the Opera, the Spanish Riding School and the Musikverein.
Breakfast was good and plenty of it, bar staff were knowledgeable about the local drinks.
This is definitely where we will stay on any return trip to Vienna"
