"Positives - room and food were good. Lovely, helpful porter. However, check in very slow - we arrived @ 2pm - told to come back @ 3pm, by which time there was a long queue! Restaurant service very slow on evening that we were heading out to a concert. Biggest issue was dangerous shower over bath - exit via sloping end around fixed shower panel, with grab rail at other end! My husband slipped resulting in large bruise. Despite this, hotel were unable to provide non-slip mat."

"On arrival at reception, by Tristan, we were met with an outstanding welcome. We arrived 2/3 hrs early but our room was ready (never expected but makes such a difference after travelling). Room was freshly renovated with high end gadgets (loved the kettle) and we could feel the quality. Carla on the bar was super friendly and chatty and made us feel at home. The location is great and in a safe neighbourhood. Overall we loved this hotel and would 100% return when back in Vienna."

"We had room 619 with kitchenette and small balcony, standing room only on the tiny balcony. Plenty of storage space and very nice room. Free tea/coffee in reception 7-11am We did not take breakfast at 19 euro each as delicatessen next door which was delicious. 5 mins walk to tram 71 into the city (6 stops);and only 1.5 Euro each for an 80 minute ticket (if aged 65) Highly recommend a stay here."
