「Hotel was not as I expected. I was hoping to find a family owned, well cared for, small town hotel but instead we found a small town, family owned tired and outdated hotel. 「My stay was wonderful」

「When trying to get into our room the safety latch had been turned to keep anyone from getting into the room. Had to go back to lobby to get help. The clerk tried to accuse us of turning the latch. Told her we were just checking in and haven't even been in the room. She had no way to get the door open. Had to go back to lobby to get another room. Then back to get my partner and carry everything to another floor. Was very inconvenient since we are elderly. Breakfast wasn't anything to brag about.」

「We were very disappointed with the Holiday Inn in Columbus, Texas. I would not recommend this property to anyone! This hotel needs to be refurbished or remodeled or leveled and start over. This Holiday Inn is not like any other Holiday Inn we have stayed in. I suggest management go spend two nights in this property. See what I'm saying. Disappointing!!! It was clean, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also arrived after hours, and the staff made the check-in process so smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel.
