"Das familiengeführte Hotel ist insgesamt sehr angenehm. Es hat sehr schön einegrichtete Zimmer mit einem modernen Bad. Herr Bugl ist sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Der Anlass meiner Reise hierher war dienstlich, dennoch konnte ich mich gut erholen. Wenn ich hier in der Gegend wieder einmal zu tun habe, werde ich wieder im Buglhof übernachten."

Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). "Wunderschönes uriges Hotel im typischen bayrischen Stil gehalten . Pool war angenehm und bei einer unglaublichen Aussicht konnte man die Seele baumeln lassen. "Went there for a work trip. Overall experience was good. Only a small personal remark about the bed. The bed was ok, but a bit of a thin squeaky mattress. Also 2 separate mattresses in a double bed where one is lying higher than the other isn't extremely comfortable. Nonetheless. Breakfast was good, room was ok. Good for a business trip."

"Excellent location and great number of things to keep you busy with, as we only book the accommodation on the day we arrived we really loved the experience. We arrived on Christmas Day and the restaurant was open and served a wonderful dinner. If we plan to go back to Germany we certainly will visit here again as it was one of our favorite stays. We will certainly plan to stay longer the next tiime"
