「Lucky, i saw four leopards, two in evening safari and two in morning. Even we weren’t the first car arrived but the diver/guider can find the best locations to us for taking picture once the leopard moving. It is because he can estimate the animal behavior with well-known of yala national park. He is Achi, one of the best safari driver and guider. Amazing safari. 5 elephants with BB elephant and BB leopard with mother are so cute and touching.

「We had a wonderful stay. We particularly loved the home cooked meals & beautiful landscapes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped book our safari and packed us a breakfast to take with us for the day. I would definitely stay here again!」

Absolutely amazing hotel!
The rooms are clean and big. A great pool and you are very close to Yala national park.
However the chef Pradeep was absolutely the highlight of our stay. The food he served was also good. Since we are not from Sri Lanka he took the time to explain what he uses, and how they look. Het also gave great recommendations.
But the staff was also very nice, very helpful. Even the Peacock that resides was nice!」

「First of all, when I went to 'Palugaha pilgrim resort' it was locked. Even the mobile was not reachable. I had booked this thro' Expedia. Fortunately the auto rickshaw driver was knowledgeable about the place so took us to a nearby place. This did not have any name but there was someone to entertain us. He claimed that was the Palugaha resort & also said there was no intimation from Expedia reg my booking. However, he was kind enough to arrange the room for us. After that, everything was fine....
