「My friend and I stayed here the weekend of cranberry fest. We couldn't get the tv to work at all. Usually when you stay at a hotel they service your room and have towels ready for the next day , didn't do any of that. Went in the hot tub the jets were barely working . Asked for a receipt was told I would get it at check out... never got it . Asked for towels after swimming so we could shower only gave one towel . I feel like the website is definitely false advertisement.」
