「Hotel and room were very cleaned. Staff very courteous, professional and helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.」

「The staff didn’t do the rooms and didn’t bring clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I left the tag on the door for room service. The woman who was supposed to do our room said she knocked early and didn’t get an answer. I explained that we put the tag out early and wasn’t there.」

「The breakfast was plentiful and good. However, the coffee was undrinkable and exceedingly weak. I know it’s only one thing out of the many good things with this hotel, but without my morning cup of coffee…」

「Breakfast was great (and early), pool area looked clean but the hot tub smelled bad. New washer & dryer, which we needed to use. Room & bathroom were clean! Front desk staff was not always around, we left without checking out and when checking in, the person was a bit all over the place as their shift just started and no one else was around.」
