Great location to stay outside of Dallas city congestion. Clean and quiet. Lots of grass and wonderful field of bluebells for our travel weary dog to run around in before we got back on the road.

Staff is awesome! Rooms are very clean! We did not have the breakfast but it was always busy. My average rating is due to the room being very hot (without having the heat on) air flow was an issue for me. The a/c system is the typical wall unit with a wall thermostat that didn’t show the temp in the room but showed what we would set it to. It was a good 8 degrees higher than what we set, and neither of us could sleep well. Bed was not comfortable for my husband (too hard). The shower in our specific room creaked. (thoughts of falling through the ceiling while showering did enter my mind.) Again… STAFF is awesome!! And the room was VERY CLEAN!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Every single encounter with staff was just exceptional. From the ladies who prepared breakfast to the front desk staff we had only positive encounters. The hotel stay was no stress and all the employees really cared for our comfort. This was my first stay at a Hampton but won't be my last thanks to the staff here. I just hope my next visit is equally impressive!

Hampton near I35
It was as expected from a Hampton except for condition. We have stayed here multiple times but it has been a while since last. Needs a good update because most of it is the same. Same tile, quite a few of which are broken, same fixtures and carpet needs some attention. The beds were newer and awesome which was the best nights sleep we had on our whole vacation. Service was terrific and it quiet even though close to Hwy 35. Did not have the breakfast. That all being said, we would absolutely stay again.

The dumbell weight set in the fitness center is not complete. Missing the 10lb set and one if the 25lb dumbells. Myself and another guest were both impacted while trying to work out. Breakfast choices were great! I really appreciated having coffee and creamers available throughout the day.

The hotel was easy to get to. The desk clerk was very nice but their computer system was on the blink and it took about 25 minutes to get checked in. The front desk manager had to do the check in from her office. The room was nice but the ac was difficult to keep running. The toilet in the bathroom was lower to the ground than a normal toilet. The toilet paper holder wasn’t attached to the cabinet correctly and fell off. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was sub par compared to other hotels we have stayed at. But the coffee and fruit were good. Overall it was just adequate but will not stay here again.

Pool and hot tub not working. Checked in on a Friday and they said the part for the pool and hot tub would be in on Tuesday after our stay. I just had foot surgery and I parked right by the door at the side of the hotel but door didn’t work. Staff said that door also was broken until the part came in. Had to get staff to open door to pool area when it didn’t work. When I checked in they asked if I wanted house keeping and I said yes. We left the next morning and when we came back in the afternoon no one had cleaned, no clean towels and trash overflowing. When I told staff no one had cleaned they said they put me in to have the room cleaned the next day. Since they asked I assumed they would clean. The day we checked out the lady at the front was very rude.I had to ask twice to please print out my receipt.
