"This hotel is conveniently connected to Terminal 4 by covered walkway, although it is several hundred meters away. The staff was friendly and efficient. My room faced a runway, but the window soundproofing was surprisingly effective. Not so effective, however, against the booming bass beat of someone in a nearby room at around 4am. I tried to determine the direction of the sound, but didn't find it. Also, I would have appreciated a mini-fridge in the room. For what I paid for the room for ONE night, the hotel could have BOUGHT 2 mini-fridges. But the place is a solid choice if you have an early flight out of T4."

"The check-in was completely remote, and I did not speak to anyone checking in or checking out, so I cannot speak to the helpfulness of the staff. I chose this hotel because it was at Gatwick airport, so staying there gave me peace of mind that I would have no troubles being ready for my morning flight. I chose a small and functional room. It's not a room for hanging out or relaxing in, it's a place to sleep and wash up in, which is all I expected. The air conditioning worked well."

"Pool and gym areas great addition. Parking £18 for 24 hours but if you forget to pay straight away you can’t backdate the time of entry so currently hoping I don’t get a fine for the period I hadn’t paid for. Had to pay for a further 24 hours at 8am even though check out was at 11am, the only option is to pay for 24 hours. Decent breakfast although dining room floor not kept clean, no hash browns or vegetable sausages available when I was choosing my food, and fruit juice machine did not deliver juice, more like coloured water. Cafe offered meal deal for £12 but a service charge of £1.50 pp was added on top of this. Room spacious bathroom and facilities clean and free to use safe in bedroom."

"Make sure you do your research. There is no air conditioning even though I would expect this in a 4* Hotel. The windows only open an inch as well. The property is vast as well and if you stay in the Green or Blue area it is a 10/15 minute walk with limited lifts in split levels. People were getting lost and going back to reception. You also need to book time slots for the pool which is not stated online. Breakfast was impressive though with a good variety of full English and Continental."
