「Every time we come to Gurnee for a weekend of shopping, we stay here at La Quinta and love it so much. From the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the whole facility, the pool and jacuzzi. We enjoy our stay here every time. Thank you again! We can't wait to visit again!」

「I stay here whenever I'm in the area. Its well maintained, I've had a couple times where something was broken. (Shower handle would spin and not turn on, another time the wall outlet didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone next to the bed). Nothing major, and the staff apologized and tried to make it right. I'll keep coming back, I understand that things happen.」

「I didn’t have breakfast I think it was an extra charge we didn’t know this. The kitchen staff was rude when I called down to order regular cokes and kept trying to joke that he would add alcohol though I asked several times not to. I was with a recovering alcoholic so it was extremely rude.」
