"They cancelled my room for no reason. They told me I cancelled it but I went through hotel.com so I know you guys know I didn't cancel my room. Left me stranded, had to spend a lot of money to get a new room. Thankfully hotels is going to reimburse me. You should remove this hotel from your site."

"The desk man was lovely and helpful. The room smelled strongly of cigars and with the exception of the sheets, which were clean, nothing else in the room was clean. Really gross in fact. "

"When checking in, the person at the desk took a personal call and had me waiting, then proceeded to struggle to tell me what I actually owed and was speaking to me like I was stupid. He ended up doing a bunch of separate charges on my card, making it decline, which made the check in process more complicated. Our room also had roaches, and when I mentioned it to the front desk at check out, they said that they’d call pest control, and that was it. they didn’t offer anything to me for the honestly disgusting encounter I had with the pests. Our key cards also got reset around 9am before check out, when check out is at 11am. If one of us weren’t in the room while the other left to pack up the car, we wouldn’t have been able to get back in. When I told the front desk this at check out, they acknowledged it as intensional. The bath tub / shower drain was also severely clogged."

"Hotel was OK but could be better. Staff was not very helpful or friendly. Breakfast was terrible. Parking was great but be prepared to haul your luggage a significant distance. There were 5 or 6 groups waiting to check in since they would not check anyone in before 3:30. They made no announcement when they were ready to check people in, just checked in the next group that walked through the door, leaving those who were waiting quite surprised and a little upset. Overall nice idea but poor execution. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"It was easy to find the hotel and the staff was friendly. The hotel lobby is clean and spacious as well as nicely lit. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom was up to date. The only thing that was questionable was paying for parking and not receiving a parking permit."
