Winding down in Watford

What a gem! I regularly stay in Watford on a regular basis I as I have an office there and most of my customer visits are easily commutable from the station. I was struggling for accommodation and took a chance in something new! I’m delighted I did because the Cristal Apartments are fantastic! Wonderful to have a “home from home” when you’re away. So instead of having to worry about calling room service in hotel, simply spend a fraction of the expenses on tea, coffee etc, stick a pizza in the oven while you freshen up and settle down for some work in a relaxed atmosphere without any pretence which comes with hotel living.

Great location

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a weekend. We drove to Harry Potter studios one day, which was about 3 miles away. Having free parking at the accommodation was great. The next day we packed up, checked out and left the car at the property whilst we walked 25 mins through a park to Watford tube stop. 35 mins later and we were in the centre of London. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. The bathroom is a little dated but perfectly adequate for a family. The only issue we had was that there was only 2 mugs and 1 non-wine glass, meaning we had to drink in stages.

Location was great for the purpose of our trip. Shops, mall, and some nighlufe was within walking distance! However, Simon the manager, has to be the best assest of this property. While we did nor incur any concerns requiring ongoing contact, all communications from check-in to check-out, were extremely pleasant and easy Having previously vacationed at similar facilities, I cant stress how badly poor management can affect a vacation.

Spacious Watford apartment

We stayed in the apartment in Watford for a week recently & enjoyed the comfort and space. It was well equipped with everything we required to make our stay comfortable. The bedding and towels were of good quality & the decor pleasing. Security was good & the instructions for arrival & departure were clear & easy to follow. Communication with the manager Simon was excellent & he was abailable to assist if needed.The location was perfect, close to the main shopping precinct with plenty of eating places nearby. We expected some noise but only heard some street noise in the early hours from the clubs nearby on the weekend. It wasn't a problem We would stay there next time we visit.

Perfect location

The stay was perfect. We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children this offered us the perfect base for our trip to the Harry Potter tour, we were within walking distance of the town centre and the shopping Center which ment I could leave my car and relax with everyone else. The apartment was decorated to a high standard with everything we needed the kids were made up to have internet access and I was happy to have sky channels through the now tv service I really felt it was a home away from home. For us it was much more convenient than a hotel room and everything was easy from the check in to the departure. I would not hesitate to stay here again or in a similar apartment elsewhere.

Really good!

The apartment was clean and spacious, we had amazing service from Simon who made sure our stay was enjoyable. The apartment was everything we expected and I would definately recommend anyone sightseeing to book this place.
