「As always, this was my favourite place to stay during my trip. Canadian/Irish citizen, moving to Portrush, so having a place to get to know the area that's right in town is essential. The renovations are incredibly well done and the new beds are the coziest mattresses I've ever slept on. The staff, top notch. Super friendly and helpful. I was so tired checking in, I left my luggage beside the reception. Within seconds of entering my room, someone was at the door. With my bags and a huge smile....

「Lovely welcoming hotel. All staff are so friendly and couldnt do enough. Lovely personal touch for our wedding anniversary. Breakfast was beautiful and restaurant food was exceptional. Will definately be back to stay.」

「The hotel was nice. The room was a small, but we were just there one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you don't plan on going into Portrush center city to eat, make a reservation at the White Pheasant restaurant inside the hotel, otherwise there isn't anywhere to eat near by. They have Kelly's which is pizza and burgers. 」

「The accommodation is well finished and the staff pleasant. We had booked a room with a sofa bed which had not been made up so we were moved to a family room which had two beds but very little room around them. We had to leave a day early as my mother was admitted to hospital but the hotel would not approve a partial refund. The breakfast was fine. I think this hotel is lovely but not really ideal for families. 」

「We arrived early as we were going to the golf at Portrush. Alexandra checked us in and she was fantastic , helpful and welcoming . She couldn’t haven’t been more accommodating . When we returned that night, even though the restaurant was extremely busy , she went out of her way to welcome us back and show us to our room . We had great service in the restaurant and the food was delicious. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone A great stay ! 」

「Nigel's place was ideal for our needs, a short tour of the Causeway coast. The room was large, the bed comfortable, lovely bathroom and a very friendly welcome with off street parking and tea, coffee and biscuits supplied. It put the 4* hotel we stayed at in Belfast the night before to shame, it was much better. Highly recommended」

「Bayview. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were good. Especially the nice older lady - I think she was in charge at breakfast this morning. Nice location and enjoyed strolling around the village. Had dinner there last night too. Both reasonably priced. Really enjoyed the views from the restaurant and room. Room was good. Everything in there except air conditioning. Bathroom abit outdated but comfortable and everything working fine and very clean. There was plenty of parking at the rear. It...

「We LOVED this place. Easy walk to Grant's Causeway. Very clean. Great breakfast. But the views...WOW! Book the hot tub and enjoy a drink while looking at the views. You won't regret it.」

「This was a good location for The Open Golf and sightseeing. The property would benefit from a washing machine (clothes) for travellers who are on longer trips. Very nicely presented but a little small. The automatic light sensor could be an inconvenience during the night. Beautifully quiet and peaceful.」
