I apologize for the conditions you experienced in the Handicapped Parking Area on Sunday morning. It took a while for me to consult with both our Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments; both Supervisors admitted that we had overlooked possible icing that day as the weather had not been bad the night before. Dear David, Thank-you for choosing the Waterville Fireside Inn & Suites. Our hotel is indeed three different buildings; they are connected by interior hallways. Once a guest has checked in there is no need to go outside to access the Lobby, restaurant or other sections of the building. We have maps available at the Front Desk to help our guests navigate the hallways. I apologize if our breakfast offering appeared meager; it might have been a busy morning and some of the items temporarily depleted. Our Continental Grab and Go Breakfast, offered daily from 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM Weekdays, 5:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday: we offer items that you can bring back to your room or take with you on the road. Our breakfast selections include some items that are not just carbohydrates, like: Chobani & Oikos Greek Yogurt; Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches, Egg & Cheese Omelets; Bananas, Navel Oranges and Mandarin Oranges; Applesauce and Dole Fruit Cups. Our condiments include single serve cream cheese, Butter, Margarine, Baby Bel cheeses, Laughing Cow soft cheese; and single servings of peanut butter. If some of these items have run out, you can ask at the Front Desk or the Breakfast Attendant if there are more of them in our Breakfast supply area. All of our rooms have Housekeeping request tags that can be filled out and hung on the outside of your door requesting anything from fresh linens to additional K-Cups and condiments for the in room Keurig coffee makers.
