"Not fancy but really solid. Exceeded expectations. Hotel and room was very clean. Staff was notably welcoming. The room had comfortable beds, a new big screen TV, a blackout shade, a heating unit that was quiet. Almost couldn’t hear it. Separate sink area. The shower quality was nice. I appreciated that the bathroom had separate light and fan switches. "

"Someone Stole My Loafers Microwave Didnt Spin, Staff At Counter Dave Worked Sunday Evening Made Me Pay For An Extra Waterpark Pass Because I Booked Thru A 3rd Party So I Wouldn’t Recommend Booking That Way, Prices Were The Same. Room Wasn’t Clean Smelled Like Dog. O And Maintanence Woke Me And My Family Up At 7am So Loud And I Think He Took Loafers. Btw No Good Movie Channels Nor Netflix Smh"

"Excellent property for a visit. Friendly and helpful staff. CLEAN rooms and facility. Breakfast was fantastic...make your own waffle plus much more. Large sitting area outside with a small fire pit, very nice. Walking distance to several fast food establishments and restaurants as well as the MetroMart for groceries. PERFECT location for Oconomowoc!!! "

"Parking was easy. Kwik trip just down the road about a block. Bar/food across the street. Felt very safe going for a walk in the area. Kind and helpful staff. Nice pool but no hot tub."
