「Breakfast was good. Bar was good. Staff was great. Only problem I had was nobody body soap little shampoo, little conditioner in the shower the staff that cleans the rooms don’t pay attention to how they are.」

「The property was awful, elevator broken, stains on stairs and most of the furniture. Door knob was loose, door hard to open, inside latch on door broken off and room smelled wet. We immediately left and gave back the keys - felt unsafe. We were offered another room but from what we saw it wouldn’t have made a difference. They even recommended another hotel to us which let us know they know they are aware of their issues. Would not recommend this to anyone.」

「No working elevator. Had to switch rooms because the keys weren’t working on our reserved room. So up and down and up and down. No ice in the ice machine on the second floor…so up and down and up and down. Still charged full price though. Oh…and the toilet was leaking from the bottom.」

「The young lady that checked me in was very nice. The room was clean and though they mentioned that due to the length of my stay, 2 nights, that housekeeoping would not be cleaning my room, they did anyway. The gym was nice and quiet, nobody else was there. The pool leaves something to be desired. Really small and only sparated from the parking by steel picket fence. Otherwise, I will stay here again, at least until the construction finishes on my project.」

「First room the shower faucet wouldn't stay in place and kept falling so the water was scaulding. Also, our air conditioner leaked making the carpet wet, then stopped working. Moved to another room and the bathroom floor tile was broken and hazardous. The rooms were cleaned, just in need of repairs.」

「This facility was clean and well maintained: the gym was really nice and everything worked, the roos were clean top to bottom (Baseboards, caulking in bathroom- so wel taken care of). The kicthen was perfection (clean and stocked with everything). Bed was comfy with firm and soft pillows. The staff was the star: from the vivacious and informative ‘Vi” on the night shift, to the welcoming and helpful “Cindy” at check out, the cheerful the house keepers, to the sweet young man who mopped the...
