The Check in process was smooth and easy, the room was clean and very comfortable...the only issues that was encountered at the time were the living room air-conditioning and the broken counter top stove which were both resolved in a timely manner. The receptionist Mr ferley was very pleasant, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the stay even more comfortable with his vast wealth of knowledge, information and service.
