"Bathroom was not clean, was dirty on floor under sink, shower was layered with ground in dirt. In need of a new shower resurfacing , plumbing / tub spout was away from shower wall. "

"Best place you can stay near the canyon. Staff is always great and after the day crowd leaves, you will feel like you have a private spot on the rim. Tip your bartenders and eat at the restaurant. "

"Booking through Expedia might be part of my problem. Communication with the property manager was difficult, should I use the app or call them directly? Otherwise property was nice. Need some chairs for sitting. It served our purposes well. "
