I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

The breakfast was provided in the morning on a covered plate, but could be cold if you wake up after they place it outside your room.
