「The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days. 」

「這間公寓整體很不錯，房間寬敞，廚房設施齊全；雖然不在市區，但是是盧森堡的公車非常方便、準時而且免費，所以交通不是問題！ 不過，入住當天才收到通知，備品是需要自備的（這個應該預約時就先告知，而且一般管理室公寓應該都要準備基本備品）！幸好入住時發現，還是有基本的衛生紙跟沐浴乳！ 只是公寓的備品不足，衛生紙跟沐浴乳都準備的剛剛好而已，我是一家三口連住五天，衛生紙只提供2卷，沐浴乳大概半瓶，我們沒有非常浪費，但是第四天衛生紙就用完了！管理單位也有＂貼心＂的準備咖啡跟茶包！但是很明顯的看起來就是一天份，第一次住到這麼精打細算的管理式公寓！ 因為這個公寓的單價也比較貴，連續入住也沒有比較便宜，除了沒有打掃（連續七天才打掃），但備品也沒有充足準備，感覺對連續入住者不公平！ 」

「Excelente! Apartamento com tudo novo, boa estrutura conforme anunciado, anfitrião muito acessível e prestativo. Vi que alguém reclamou das portas/janelas estarem danificados, mas estão perfeitas! São modelos com vedação dupla contra som e frio e abrem em dois sentidos, horizontal (porta) e vertical (ventilação). Boa localização 10 minutos da estação de trem a pé. Não tenho nada a reclamar e certamente me hospedaria novamente.」

「The management for the apartment is not good. To do check-in, you need to find the proper people to give you the key. This proper people can't be reached by either the email or phone number they provided. It took me 4 hours just to get check-in.」

「首先Online check in via email，跟指示取鎖匙 self check in. 住所離火車站很近，交通方便，附近有超市，方便買食物煮早餐或晚餐，住所好大，設備齊全，洗衣機，雪櫃，洗碗機，咖啡機，電水壺，微波爐，焗爐全部都有，地方很乾淨，整齊，check out 後可暫放行李在車站行李存放處，每件5歐元，可放24小時，很方便。設有whatsapp 熱線，如有需要可聯絡對方，有機會再來也會入住這裡。」

「I’m very disappointed with how this whole process has been handled. It started of by never hearing back for the property manager until the morning of my arrival. I had to contact multiple agents from hotels.com. Finally, when I was already 5 hours from my check in, I heard from them and they said the apartment was not available due to a leakage.
