"The staff was helpful and nice, but the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't working. There were no other rooms to move into. We were given fans to move the air from the living room into bedroom. This worked to a point, but the beginning of each night was warm. Otherwise, everything went well."

"Beautiful locations over looking Lake Lucille. Room was clean and comfortable. We had difficulty with the heat but gentleman on staff can down a couple times to be sure we were comfortable, even bringing an extra quilt. Very accommodating! Chop House, which is attached to the property was expensive but good. They accommodated us but putting salmon on the salad, which was not on the menu! Would definitely go again!"
