"well, the hallways were pretty dirty and the elevator also but the rooms were clean. However, you can tell them were pet rooms that were a lot of stains on the carpet. It wasn't as quiet as I would like, but for last minute, it was fine"

"I loved my stay in Portland, the hotel is very centrally located to everything downtown and I was able to walk to everywhere quickly. They have people that open the doors for you and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel had a small menu but what they had was delicious. I would definitely stay here on a return visit to Portland again!"

"Great location for a one night theatre get away and book shopping at Powell's. Staff were very helpful and check in was a breeze (and we were early!!). My reservation indicated free valet parking and when I was accidentally charged, they refunded me right away. Room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. My only quibble was with the plumbing. The shower diverter suddenly reversed itself during my shower and the sink tap suddenly shut off on its own. I would highly recommend this hotel."
