Scary property area, very noisy, people loitering around motel all night, could hear cars and trains going by as if they were nest to the front door. Ther were no buses going into town anywhere close. Needs better sound protection in the rooms and no vagrants on the property.

This is motel, not hotel. It’s located nearby the road, therefore extremely noisy in the room. No possible to sleep

When I first checked in the people were very nice and great staff! Though when I went to my room I was greeted by a roach on it back. It says non smoking rooms yet it smells of cigarettes strongly in the room.

This place was a dump. I used Uber for my main transportation and each different Uber driver informed me of how dangerous this hotel was. Prostitutes occupy the rooms for a few hours, the Marijuana smell is so strong that it makes you think that you are the one smoking it. The noise surrounding the property is so loud at times that it woke me up. Men are outside drinking beer & cursing. I failed to look up the reviews for this place as I booked a package deal w/ Expedia. Never again! I couldn't even believe that Expedia advertised this dump on their website. Shame on you Expedia!

You’re not in a great part of town. Once the sun goes down it seems this establishment becomes a parking lot party. Very noisy into the morning hours. No pets allowed but there were def multiple dogs in units barking all night. Refrigerator didn’t work so our food we brought home for dinner was wasted and it was very disappointing. Iron was spitting out white powdery residue and ruined my purple blouse. Surrounding area wasn’t the best. I understand it’s a city but lots of homeless presence. Also near the train tracks, so on top of the parking lot party you’ll hear that all night as well (that doesn’t bother me as much but should be known if you’re light sleepers) overall I will not be booking this hotel again.

It was in a bad part of town. There were a lot of homeless camps around the hotel. The abandoned lot on the other side of the street had people yelling at each other at all hours of the night. There were police sirens and train horns all day and night as well. The front desk is behind 3 inches of Lexan bullet proof glass. I also had no hot water the entire stay. When I checked out the police were there to arrest a man for domestic violence against a tenant. I will never stay there again and deserve a refund on my stay!

I have so much to say for someone who doesn’t leave reviews often but I will sum it up to this facts. 1- I called the facility to inform that I will arrive late only to have the receptionist tell me that didn’t have a reservation then “oh yes you are all set” after a few minutes of with no apologies 2- We arrive at the hotel around 11:30 PM after a long drive, my clearly pregnant wife rushes in to quickly use the restroom and obviously leaving her wallet that has her id in the car, only to be rudely told by the receptionist that she needed to present him her ID first before even using the restroom… again, she is visibly pregnant!!! 3- Around 2AM on the our second night, and obviously after seeing a lot of suspicious activities (what looks like drug deals), we get knocks on our door by a guys who was insisting that we open the door and insisted for almost 10 minutes. Obviously, for security of my family and I, we didn’t engage and the guy moved on. Moral of the story. Yes you get what you pay for, certainly, but courtesy and customer service as a business are the basics to my opinion!!!

Let me clarify upfront: this wasn’t a hotel; it was a motel. Now picture this: people openly indulging in heroin just outside my room. The towels? Filthy. The TV? Useless. The WiFi? Non-existent. And the sheets? Riddled with holes from smokers who apparently thought it was acceptable to burn through them. I’ve never felt so utterly unsafe in my entire life

Tactics to threaten and harass that have been used in hotel to instill fear and prevent from speaking the truth or being witness against their crimes, and to stop from moving forward: constant slamming doors; loud hammering banging stomping sounds from walls and ceilings; these criminal fake guests, hotel manager, housekeeping, & staff spy through hidden cameras in hotel rooms & smoke detectors, bathroom, and hack into computer/phone screen. Hotel room phone lines cut off, mold in bathroom, sink plumbing leakage, suffocating smoke through bathroom drain in non-smoking rooms, consistent threatening intimidating bomb blast & drilling noise from ceiling & hallway in noise-free rooms, hotel housekeeping break into rooms without notice. Hotel disconnected hotel wifi when I was filing a report, slowed down computer, & blocked bathroom sink drain.
