離地鐵稍遠，步行要20分鐘才到。冷氣機很嘈吵，聲浪如同快艇磨打，並在床頭2尺內，根本不能開著睡，幸好現在早晚較涼，可以不開。毛巾到第3天才補充新的。另外有一天回到酒店，發現門沒有關，以為有賊！財物無損失，想應該是清潔人員不小心。

Looking for a hotel in the middle DC and don’t need any thrills? You found your spot! Very walkable neighborhood, safe at night, and close to a lot of great restaurants and activities. Room is barebones, but clean. AC is COLD, I woke up cold in the July! Great for the price point, will stay here again when in DC.

It was ok, but it was smaller than the pictures and not as nice. You can definitely tell the pictures have been edited. Worth $100 a night, but no more than that. Upon request, they did have toothbrushes for us, so that was nice.

I found 2 bugs crawling underneath the sheers when I pulled them back. I recorded a video of the bug and showed the front desk clerk and requested a change of room. The gentleman called a manager and was asked to go investigate the bug first. He checked my room and the bugs were gone off on the mattress. He tried to convince me that maybe it was a flying bug. I show him the video again and the bug did not have any wings. The gentleman then say he would switch my room.

Basic box room with a bed. It will be fine if you need the place to just crash in the night and leave. The reason for the two star is the access. If you need access after midnight you need to carry some luck. The front door is not manned always. I had to stay out close to an hour as there was none to open. Other than check in at set times, property advertise as 24 hours access though which was not true in my case

Das einzig Positive am District Hotel ist die zentrale Lage. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und wirken insgesamt altbacken. Es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeit, Kleidung ordentlich zu verstauen – nicht einmal Haken an der Wand, geschweige denn einen Kleiderschrank. Die bereitgestellten Sanitärartikel wurden während meines Aufenthalts nicht aufgefüllt. Die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer war besonders störend: Man hört Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern sowie sämtliche Geräusche vom Flur. Zudem gibt es keinerlei Service und auch kein Frühstücksangebot. Für den gezahlten Preis stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider überhaupt nicht – ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Wer nicht viel Platz braucht und ein günstiges Hotel in Washington sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Zwar sind die Wände dünn und man kann die Zimmernachbarn hören. Dennoch kann ich es weiterempfehlen.
