Great stay, The home we stayed in was great and in a perfect location for us. Only two recommendations - 1-Better cable service. Little to no channel selection and incredibly slow 2-Updat the clubhouse, it felt outdated and the game selection was an afterthought.

Nice place, but not perfect.
The property was nice overall and the beds were comfortable, but the place could definitely use some updating. All appliances were very old and cheap. A refrigerator with ice and water would be so nice. Some of the tiles were coming apart in the bathrooms.

This place was fantastic! Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and recharge. The perfect setup for the middle of our trip. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Was a awesome property! It was in excellent condition and very clean. Check in was easy with email from property management. We would definitely stay here again! We were 30 minutes from Zion National Park and 2 hours from Bryce Canyon.

It is nice property, it was clean. But few hand soap were open and used when we came. Only small dish soap , and nothing to clean counters with. I had to purchase cleaning supply, which I didnt appreciated, if I am renting a home for that price, I would appreciate cleaning supplies to be there to clean your property! Never have I had to purchase cleaning supply for rental house. Other then that, all was great and we have enjoyed our stay!

This is perfect for families or larger groups. Modern inside. Can't adjust the air temp -- shower wasn't cleaned (long hair all over the shower floor). pools perfect for children but not for adult swimming.

I found dead roaches, the master bedroom TV did not work, the WiFi was really bad, the pin number I was given was wrong and when I called it just seemed like it was no big deal about that.

There may be times that guests finds dead insects, especially in this area of UT, after our pest control company is out. We identified the problem with the WiFi and hope that this issue was resolved. The incorrect pin was an honest mistake, and one that hasn't been made before in the past. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we were able to immediately provide you with the new code once you called about it. Thank you again for your time and your patronage. We hope you will give us another chance in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. We have already re-booked another trip! Town home was very clean and homie feeling. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of space for everyone. And the club house has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs!! No one felt over crowded ever.
