"The room was wonderful for a family trip! It is located close to a metro station and the Lincoln Memorial (about .5 mile from each). There was a full kitchen. There was also a dressing room outside the bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The staff was friendly and very helpful!"

The Henley Park Hotel

"my room was not available at the scheduled check in time. I was not offered the opportunity to check my bags and was told to walk down a flight of stairs with my suitcase to use the restroom while I waited for my room. The bar area is utterly disappointing. Charmless. There was no printed wine list and I was told my options were "Chardonnay or Kim Crawford Sav Blanc." My room, however, was clean, updated, and spacious. I would go back but with lower expectations."

"We stayed at the Hamilton for a weekend girls trip in DC! It was a great stay other than that the AC was not working in our room and others so it was very hot in our room, sometimes leaving the door open. We weren't able to switch rooms but instead we got $100 hotel credit on top of our $20 hotel credit (or we could have been refunded and done a different hotel but we did not do that). The staff were very helpful and kind and let us know the AC problems and tried there best to help us in everyones situation, so big thank you! On the last day we ended up forgetting our wallets in the safe and had to call them to see if they could find it and mail it back since we are like 1hr 30min away. We had Charlie in security help us and he is amazing, so kind and understanding and quick to help us start shipping it back and help us. He really made us love this hotel, because of how nice he was and helpful!"
