Very clean with friendly staff. We had a great time and even enjoyed the rooftop bar one night. It was a 20 minute walk from most museums and monuments but when we got tired of walking we just used the scooters which were cheap and convenient. It was a great location to night life and day activities. Highly recommend!!

THERE IS NO PARKING INCLUDED. We paid $106 for Friday at midnight- Sunday at noon. Good location. Night checkin was not very friendly but everyone else was. Nothing special. My room was clean so it’s good for a place to sleep but I won’t stay again.

Everything was great! Beautiful! Clean! Gym was amazing! Maybe a better process for valet…a little scattered; understand there is limited space

Good location with good food around it. Parked across the street, cheap. Beds are not too comfortable, I thought they would have Marriott beds but they were Serta Perfectsleepers, hard. Shower had no pressure but overall it was really good.

I really liked my stay. the room was nice and i had a good view. i just had no water to drink. the water coming out of my faucet was so cloudy and my curtains kinda stopped working at one point

Messy room?
Checked in right at 3pm. Got two keys and went up to room, which when we walked in the place was a mess, not cleaned, bed as if someone just got out of it, towels on the bathroom floor, STAINS on the sheets. Went down to the desk to which they gave me two more keys for another room that was clean. I’m sorry but why should I have to make sure the room I paid for is clean?? And to add on, the room I was given AFTER the first one was a worse view and lower. If anything I feel as if I should’ve been upgraded over this disgusting mess. Also the workers knew nothing about their parking, almost as if they didn’t care if my transportation was towed to stay there or not. Ps. Bathroom door had a huge gap that you could see right into the toilet and shower area even when the door was fully closed?? And open vents exposing electrical?? See attached pictures.

To make it short… we were told by employe that someone pulled the fire alarm at the roof top bar . Mind you it was 2am . We were sound asleep, woke up to a noise that you could barely hear . Sounded like a tv up loud in another room . Tried to press 0 to call down and phone didn’t work! I had to use my cell phone to call front desk . Front desk states they want every one to come down stairs. We get down stairs and wait .. which didn’t seem like everyone came out the rooms with the amount of people in the lobby. IF THIS WAS A REAL FIRE THIS HOTEL FAILED !!!

Home Away From Home in DC
Everytime I come to DC I stay at the AC Hotel. It feels like a home away from home there. The staff a very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. It's located in a very vibrant area and is extremely close to the Capital.

The stay was nice parking was not bad at $60.00 a night. The only thing we did not get to in joy was the roof top, because of new years but I would go back.
