"Totally disappointed with stay at the Baymont by Wyndham Washington Court House Not the standards of the Wyndham franchise but the very low standards of that particular facility management that is unfortunately placed in a great location that's poorly managed in terms of cleanliness, serviceability and comfort. The following day I had sores around the back of my neck from the pillows I slept on that looks like some type of bites. The toilets with someone else cramp(poop) and bed that apparently look as if someone laid in it. I did call the front desk to ask if that room had been cleaned and that maybe she put me in a uncleaned room and she indicated the room has been cleaned. (See pictures) "

"well the bed was wonderful and staff friendly. had issues with room key upon CHECK IN and had to have it changed. same thing trying to check out. our dog was in the room and could not access it for over half hour. UNACCEPTABLE. and others having the same problem at the same time. would like a discount or coupon for future. clearly paid too much for room with such issues.. "
