"Absolutely delighted from the staff to the property and my room was excellent! My room very clean and comfortable. Fact that the room had a large refrigerator with built-in ice maker, a cooktop, dishwasher, and even a toaster ... I was just so happy. Everything was comfortable. And the staff was personable on every shift. I did have two issues. 1) The welcome message on the TV would not turn out and go dark so I had to finally just unplug the television because I like a dark room to sleep. 2) I did use a toaster for a few moments but luckily I was standing over it because it started to smoke. There was apparently a wire and something stuck in the heating elements. I was able to catch it immediately and just not toast the bread I had. I turned all that into the staff. No big deal. And everything was so walkable and the parking garage situation worked out well. I chose to use the parking garage as opposed to the paid lot next door. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Louisville."

"Absolutely fantastic service. They were friendly and went above and beyond. And the location was excellent. Whiskey row is fun and this hotel was right on it. There is a good restaurant and bar right in the lobby. But the rooms were very small and had an odd layout with the bathroom area separated from the beds by only a curtain. I don't think the rooms would be comfortable for anything more than a solo traveler or a very close couple. Also, if you don't use valet, which was expensive, parking was almost two blocks away But that is not the fault of the excellent staff. The service was fantastic."
