「good stay experience」

「The hotel had just opened under Howard Johnsons, room was nice but soap dispenser was leaking on counter and on to bathroom floor. I let them know, I'm sure it has been fixed. I also had to call for towels, but had a set in minutes. I think my problem Saturday night was with Expedia and not hotel. 「About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....
