Azura is beautiful! It’s a breathtaking place. Staff beyond kind and helpful! Kathy, Jayden and Sammy were exceptional and went above and beyond for us during our stay! I would stay again, however, without children. The only drawback here is the restaurant. The menu is limited and doesn’t change. Cannot eat there day after day. Not suitable menu for children at all…… but all in all gorgeous place !

The customer service at the front desk was very disorganized and disappointing. We received no details upon the directory and had to realize for our own that there was a QR code in the room. The menu for room service was not in the room and couldn’t utilize that service because online the menu is wrong as the staff in SURF stated. Samuel was wonderful and the cleaning lady did very well. Other than that, poor service.

Dining was enjoyable and food delicious but the evening meals you need to make sure to reserve dinner in the restaurant as there is limited seating. The pools are located at various locations and a little difficult to get to and are on the smaller side. Getting drinks at main pool is fine but the others is tricky and takes a bit of time. In room spa treatment was great but would be nice to have a spa on site. TV in rooms is just terestrial TV and would prefer if there was streaming services.

Excellent place. Great beach despite some reviews. No chairs directly on beach but very close by with bar, pool, and towels. Zero crowd on beach too.

It is a beautiful property and the staff is very helpful. They do have a nice restaurant and I did enjoy the yoga classes. You do have to arrange transportation to go off property but they will help you with that. I only say this so you can plan on that added expense. I would visit again.

This is a beautiful property. The views are amazing. The rooms are extremely comfortable and while minimalist, very tastefully decorated. I have no mobility issues, but nearly fell numerous times around the property because the stone walkways were slick from humidity or rain. The walk down the stairs to the beach is an adventure, the walk back up a slog. The steps are "natural" steps and spaced just far enough apart that it is inconvenient to walk them, they are steep and not uniform, and because of the plant life that forms walls around them, they are hot. Absolutely no breeze. The stairs up to the pools are almost as bad. The hotel is near nothing. You are going to ride the bus, take a cab, or rent an electric vehicle to go anyplace. You aren't walking to anything. The property itself is not interesting enough to just stay there. The restaurant is ok, but way overpriced. Honestly if we were to return to Bermuda, it wouldn't be this property.

Everything about this property is exquisite. Gorgeous views everywhere you look, staff that are amazing and attentive, food that is delicious but a bit pricey, and super quiet and relaxing. The bedroom was so comfortable and if we had one piece of constructive feedback we would say it would be to have complete partitions between our room garden and the nearby rooms and suites. I would 100% recommend this property to someone wanting to relax and unwind and enjoy the full experience of Bermuda.

The Azura was exactly what we were looking for on our anniversary weekend. It was quiet, there was never a wait for food, drinks, towels, call for taxi, etc. The location is amazing - it is located right between Elbow Beach and Horseshoe Bay, so the beach and the water were spectacular. The view from our room was amazing. The room itself was large, clean, and made up twice daily. Every person who worked at the resort went above and beyond. I definitely recommend.
