"This is a good hotel on the outskirts of town. Set on industrial estate so not the best outlook. No restaurants within easy walking distance. To town centre 30 to 4p minutes walk. To train stayion 20 to 30 minutes walk. Beware if eat in hotel restaurant adds extra 15% "tray charge" is added . Does not mention on website abd limited choice. "It was a lovely, relaxing stay at the Mercure Walton hotel. Staff was friendly. It was very clean. The room was very nice, although bed was a hard. The breakfast buffet was great. The dinner menu is quite basic, but is food was tasty. There are details that could do with improvements and updates, but all in all a lovely stay and good value for money. The hotel is well located for Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick. "

"Had a great stay, the hotel was central to all shops and near the train station. beautifully clean rooms with everything you need to make your stay comfortble. Staff amazing nothings too much trouble, and a great breakfast. I will stay here again."

"The hotel is set in lovely grounds, has a good choice of parking and communication before our stay was excellent. Staff on site were also very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and clean although it was very warm with no obvious ventilation apart from the balcony door. The bar and restaurant were excellent although quite expensive. Fantastic location for a range of attractions nearby, we visited the British Motor Museum for the amazing Ford Mustang 60th Anniversary Celebration and Warwick Castle which is fantastic. Hotel was great and we will stay again I'm sure."
