The hotel can’t have a better location! It’s right in front of the Royal Palace and very close to all the main attractions. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very helpful and kind. The style of the hotel is different and pintoresco. I would stay there again with no doubt.
I arrived late and front desk gave me the wrong room. I didn’t say anything because I was tired. Room was more like a storage room. And it was frigid cold! Next morning someone new in front desk apologized for room and transferred me to a beautiful and spacious room! Thank you. Hotel and location amazing. Lots of dining options, just keep in mind taxis will drop off about a block since are is restricted. Short walk. Overall a fantastic stay and I would stay again!
I had a blast!
Thank you, Castle Inn.
Everyone was SO nice and helpful, and it's pretty cool to learn that your building was 1 of only 3 buildings to survive the bombings of WWII - very historic in Old Town Warsaw. This was EXACTLY what I was looking for.
Great hotel within easy access of everything in the old town. Went for the Christmas markets. Staff very hrlpful. Only marked down because of the bed that squeeked everytime i moved so also disturbed hubby. Had a side room on 3nd loor overlooking the museum and christmas tree. No lift so be aware if you have mobility issues
My room had a fantastic view of the castle and square. Super friendly overnight reception staff (and hotel mascot dog Luka!). Excellent location!
I would have tried breakfast, but it’s a small room and I didn’t want to commit to a specific seating time or particular breakfast meal the day before, so just be aware it’s not quite as flexible as a breakfast buffet at a larger hotel. Plenty of options in the neighborhood though!
We were placed in a room with a loud vibrating noise but they allowed us to switch rooms. The new room was cheaper so the staff granted us free breakfast, which was good both days. Funny but the noise stopped the next morning. The bath was tricky to use. Basically you should be an intrepid traveler to appreciate this hotel. Btw it's located right in the middle of the old town. And the staff helped a lot.
Room was basic (which was all that was needed)
TV could have been a little larger and it would have been nice to have an English Channel. All that said- I would recommend for a stay in Warsaw.

Superb location, excellent, friendly staff. The basic single are just that, however, basic: very good value for the price, but perhaps not sufficient if the traveller desires more luxury. I was fully satsfied, however, with my stay.
I was originally booked to stay at freta then upgraded to Castle Inn very surprised to find we where on the 3rd floor with sloping ceilings 7 sets of stairs (74 steps) no lift (elderly building ) we are both 75 years of age so if this was a up grade what was my first choice like !!!But still a good experience location good staff very good
Amazing location, everything is in walking distance! We had family room for 5 nights and space/design was amazing, AC was working perfectly, bathroom was top noch! Stuff very friendly and helpful in all way! If we ever come to visit Warsaw again i’ll be taking Castle Inn again. Thanks a lot for making our trip even more impressive and pleasant! ♥️
Very conveniently located in the Old Town, just across from the Royal Castle. Rooms are a bit funky in terms of decor but clean, air conditioned and comfortable.
We had a great time. Excellent location and Staff. Pretty clean. The building is old and not so convenient because of the stairs. Overall, a decent option.
Unique stay in one of the few original buildings in central Warsaw. Within the old town, all the major sights are within waking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fine.
Castle Inn is wonderfully located with Old Town Warsaw . A few minutes from everything there. It’s an authentic heritage building. Charming with friendly and helpful staff…if you don’t mind stair only access and no air conditioning. Well worth it in my view.
The location of the hotel was superb. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet given the location. We would definitely stay here again
This property was right in the middle of the big old town Square. A perfect location. It also comes with an amazing history of being one of only three buildings not bombed during World War II. Fun, quirky, historic place. Totally recommend it!
The bad part No Air Condition at the room Too noisy because you have to open de windows and the sound and noise from the streets come to your room

We are at the castle square inside a 500 years old building. The hotel is visible on the most pictures from Warsaw just a building left from the Royal Castle next to a kings column. Therefore we were not allowed for any external technical installations visible. But we managed to add AC to all our Delexe and deluxe family rooms. If you really need it, just book this type of room, ask at the reception to switch for a small fee if the room is available.
Very clean and great location right on the main square in Old Town Warsaw. Limited amenities and you have to carry your own suitcase up the stairs (no elevator). We enjoyed our stay.
Plan to walk several flights of stairs, there is no elevator. With heavy luggage, you should be fit. To be politically correct, the bed was too firm and uncomfortable. The room was cold despite heater adjustments. The location is the one outstanding feature.
We loved our stay at the Castle Inn. Its location was central in the old town (but also in walking distance of the newer part). We ate in restaurants both directly under it and across the street, and both were great. Our room was clean and comfortable and inventively decorated. Would recommend!
