「Rooms had to move rooms twice before I could get one with hot water
Discoloured dirty looking sinks
Dirty curtains and drapes
Polite staff members but must pay attention to details for example you cannot move someone from a room with no hot water into another one without the same
Lack of maintenance is rapidly dropping the stars of this hotel - currently a 3 star for this reason
Friendly and respectful staff all round
