Hotel had a broken reading lamp and every time you changed the tv station from the preset station it said no video. Very frustrating when you have children.

Nice but noisy
The property was fine for my needs. My only problem was something the management had very little control over. This is in a college town and evidently there was some kind of competition going on. On my second night two groups of teenagers arrived and they spent all their time talking in front of my door. This being an older property without elevator, I was on the ground floor & could hear all the footfalls from either floor.

Upon check-in, I was surprised the hotel was much older than I had expected. There was no hot water in the shower, just a tiny stream of hot water in the bathroom sink. I wasn’t able to report it until the next morning because I was way too ready for bed. There are two reasons we pay for hotel rooms, sleep and shower. I was not able to take a shower at all. When I reported it the next morning, I was not offered any credit, the manager just stared at me. I requested a partial room credit, he said he would have to ask his manager. Four days later, I still haven’t heard anything I will contact, but hadn’t have time yet.

The staff was very nice and friendly. My room was very clean. The breakfast area and check in areas were also. However, please repair the stairs going to second floor. They need improvements badly.

The hotel is basic. There is no attendant until you ring a bell. The fridge and ac were off so it took a few hours for the room to be comfortable. Breakfast extremely limited

Property is older and dated, family owned. The area is safe, small town. Room is clean and items have updated. Bed was comfortable. I woke up hot because the outdoor temp is cooler then the 70 degrees i had it set on. I dropped the temp and the room cooled down. I travel for work, every week. Clean, bug free, safe place is my requirements. I could pay for 4 star... but I dont want to pay the cost of a high end room. I find it annoying that people write reviews complaining about a 2 star hotel that didn't have 4 star amenities. Perspective folks.

Do not stay here
Construction, no hanging rack for dress clothes, nosey, television did not work. It was so bad, I only stayed one day out of the four scheduled. I will never stay there again and I will discourage other people from staying there as well.

For the price it was a decent accommodation and had basic things like fridge ,microwave,and breakfast. Not used to seeing that in cheap hotels. Definitely for the price it was nice and had everything i needed. Will go back if im ever spending the night in Warrensburg, Missouri. And the manager was very polite and made sure we had what we needed.

The lampshades and mirrors where dirty the toilet moved and was shimmed to hold it in place when asked to get a room move over the toilet moving six inches to the right I was told to wait in the morning for a manager then after calling hotels.com I got moved to a room with holes behind the doors hair in the bathroom and no towel holders of any sort

When I checked in I found out the smoking rooms were on the 2nd floor with no elevator. It's a struggle for me to take the stairs so I avoid them at all costs. It was homecoming weekend so the hotel was fully booked I guess. They also more than doubled the price of the rooms. I paid $135 a night, $310 for 2 nights. I saw a roach in my room in the first 10 minutes crawling across the wall. Then I saw one crawling across the carpet, perched by the TV & in the crevice of the bathroom sink. I woke up Saturday with itchy spots, red welts & swollen patches on my arms and back. Saturday evening I was laying in bed & saw a bug crawl from under the pillow toward my arm. I could not get to my phone fast enough to get a photo or video. I called the front desk & the man came up & lifted the sheets off my bed looking for bed bugs. He picked up 3-4 black spots which he said were lint. He said they do have roaches but do not have bed bugs. I'm still scratching these areas a day after my stay. I used to stay here every 2 years when I come up for homecoming, but I'll never stay here again. I had to limit the number of activities I participated in because I could not go up & down the stairs multiple times in a day. Completely dissapointing!

I did not stay the motel, because it is not a hotel was awful. It was unsafe. I was asked to enter through a back door not the lobby. It was dirty and it smelled awful. I had to book a room elsewhere. The owner refused to refund my money and started yelling at me and cussing me out. He proceeded to tell me it was my fault for booking the room!!’

Okay For Mid-Range Motel
It was okay for a mid-range motel property. It looked clean and was convenient to my needs. I selected this motel based on location and price. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. The toilet rocked and didn't flush completely. I was concerned the 2nd night when people moved in upstairs as I could hear every move they made, but they settled down quickly. Offered a "light" breakfast, but only 2 tables in the lobby and had better breakfast offers from family members also in town. Country Kitchen restaurant is a short walk away and served very good food.

The hotel is very old but clean. The bed was the best part of the stay. The ac unit would go pff and come right back on all night. The front desk area was a mess andyhe attendant spoke very broken english.

Clerk was very rude. No elevator had to walk up stairs. No way hand capped could get up the stairs. We had to help the lady with us, couldn't make it on her own. Only outlet in the room was full with fridge, tv and microwave. No place to plug in our phone chargers. No fast exit in case of fire. We checked right back out and cancelled the next night lodging. Clerk wouldn't even give me a printout of what the charges would be. Said he didn't do the billing so he couldn't give me one. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND FOR THE TWO NIGHTS, since we didn't even stay one night.
