"Driving up to the front of the hotel is lackluster. But upon entering,you are great with a lively lobby and beautiful great room. The rooms are more of a Holiday Inn quality with Holiday Inn room quality amenities… not the spa quality room one would expect. But it is clean, and we loved having our own hot tub on the balcony. The dining room food was “fine”. The staff was fantastic. The spa was very nice. We would return, with adjusted expectations. "

"It was ok, but not for the price. Over priced. Rooms and hot tubs need updated. Also mineral water in hot tubs should be replaced every new stay and are not."

"The views are fantastic. However, the staff left something to be desired. It took an hour and 20 minutes to check in, I got sent to multiple rooms and none of the keys worked and finally had to wait for a maintenance guy with a master key to let me in and then wait in my room for another hour for a maintenance guy to come and finally get me a working key and my fireplace wasn’t working having paid extra for a room with a fireplace. So that required a different maintenance engineer visit to get that going. You’ve gotta walk a long way with your luggage from the parking area up and down a hill with minimal lighting in the middle of the night to get to the lodge with no signs. Even during the daytime, nobody offers to help help you with your bags or provide any help or service without you seeking it out. The spa was great though, clean, good massage, great hot tub and sauna. "

"My tv barely worked, the shared bathroom, is a literal health concern especially the showers, the rooms are so tiny you can’t even do anything in them, the fact you can’t even get hot water after 15 mins for the shower is insanity; the "

"Check in was quick and easy Coffee was provided, room has microwave and mini fridge. It’s very affordable and you couldn’t hear the people next door which was a plus "
