「Handy location approximately 900m from Windsor castle, able to leave car parked and walk. Large apartment with 3 great sized bedrooms. We only had data access on our phones so only way of contacting was through email. No reply from owner when we had questions in regards to use of television. No aircon so very hot when weather warms up. Be aware this is a third floor apartment only accessible by stairs.」

Instead, we got an average apartment with terrible Wi-Fi and no parking.Management was a mixed bag. The person was helpful on Friday, using WhatsApp (since their phone lines were down) to resolve check-in issues after our long drive so we didn't have to go home. 「We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information. The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. We stayed one night and a reasonable price. There is a hotel with a restaurant open to the public about 2 blocks away. Great pizza and beer. 」
